Compassion for Cats of Delaware is a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to helping animals in need, in Delaware and beyond. We operate solely out of foster homes. Compassion was started by Leigh Maddox, who hopes to make a dent in the overpopulation of felines, end as much suffering as possible, and find loving

homes for cats and kittens. She and her team of fosters and volunteers work hard to educate people on the importance of spaying and neutering, take in countless surrenders, and re-home as many as possible.

We are always accepting donations of litter, food, and other supplies! We are always in need of volunteers to transport animals!
